Dawn live stream from memorials around Australia

Places of pride

This year, Anzac Day will be very different. There will be no dawn services across the country and public gatherings at local memorials won’t be taking place.

That’s why we’re making it possible for all Australians to commemorate at home. On the morning of 25 April, watch the sunrise streamed live from selected Places of Pride around the country and take a moment to remember those who have served and the sacrifices made by so many.

Live video will begin just before first light in each of the following locations:

  • Anzac Square, Brisbane
  • Anzac Memorial, Sydney
  • Australian War Memorial, Canberra
  • War Memorial (Cenotaph), Hobart
  • Shrine of Remembrance, Melbourne
  • National War Memorial, Adelaide
  • Cenotaph War Memorial, Darwin

 *Due to restrictions currently in place, there will be no live stream from Western Australia.
