Catalina Memorial
Cairns Regional CouncilThe Memorial to 11 and 20 RAAF Squadrons was unveiled in 1976 and the scale model aircraft put on the top in 1995, during the 50th anniversary celebrations of World War II. The plaque on the memorial gives an interesting account of the Catalinas' activities during the war.
