"The St Peter's Lutheran College War Memorial Consisted of a new £26,000 dormitory designed by Dr Karl langer as a memorial to Lutheran Servicemen who died in WWII. The other part of the Memorial is a 12-foot-high obelisk made of Helidon sandstone, believed to be the largest in Brisbane.
A cross is carved on one side of the stone and on the other are the names of servicemen who died in the war"... CM 29th Oct 1954.
