A very nice Honor Board has just been placed in position in the local State school as a lasting monument to the memory of past pupils who served and gave their lives in the Great War, and on Sunday next (tomorrow) it will be unveiled by the Hon. A. R. Robertson, M.L.A. Mr Lister, M.H.R., Cr. R. Lidgett (Shire President), Messrs. P. Alkemade and Mark Kyle have consented to give addresses, after which the ladies will hand out afternoon tea to all returned soldiers, relatives, friends, and visitors, who are cordially invited to be present.
