100th Anniversary of The Armistice

Remembrance Day 2018 in my home town, Burra S.A.

Re-dedication ceremony for a captured German 77mm field gun by 27th battalion on 8th August 1918 at Warfusee to the east of Villers-Bretonneux.

The gun was originally given and placed there in 1922. It was later moved/allowed to deteriorate.

It has now been recovered and fully restored.
