The Nowra Soldiers Memorial commemorates those who have served in a number of those conflicts in which Australia has been involved.

The original sandstone gateway was built to commemorate those who served in the First World War and was dedicated on the 22nd of January 1931.  In 1968 a bronze statue of a soldier, wearing shorts and boots, was placed in front of the central section of the original structure, to commemorate those who served in the Second World War.  Plaques have been added for subsequent conflicts.
