Plaque attached to a block of concrete placed in the garden of the Rocky Hill War memorial Museum. It also has a replica of the Khedive Star etched on the top left hand side of the plaque.

The plaque reads as follows:

THE SOUDAN CAMPAIGN 1885

THIS PLAQUE IS TO COMMEMORATE THE 120TH ANNIVERSARY OF THIS CAMPAIGN AND TO HONOUR THE GOULBURN MEN LISTED BELOW WHO WENT AS PART OF THE NEW SOUTH WALES CONTINGENT TO THE SOUDAN (EGYPT) ON THE 3RD OF MARCH 1885 AND ALL RETURNED SAFELY ON THE 23RD JUNE 1885.
