Edwardstown Industrial School

Located in the Glandore Community Centre is the honour board naming 249 men who fought in the Great War, 49 of whom would never return. Each of the men was associated with the Edwardstown Industrial School (later Glandore Industrial School and Glandore Children’s Home) which operated from 1895 until 1973 on this site.
