Gladesville Public School Garden of Peace

The Gladesville Public School Garden of Peace has a pathway leading up to an enclosed garden area.

It is set out in two overlapping circles. Three plaques are at ground level, commemorating Second World War veterans and personnel currently serving in the armed forces.

INSCRIPTION

Plaque 1:

Garden of Peace developed by Gladesville RSL, Public School and Community 1995.

Plaque 2:

In honour of the men and women who served and who are serving in the Australian Military Forces.

Plaque 3:

In honour of the men and women who served Australia in time of conflict during WWII. Lest We Forget.
