Meredith AtilemileThe Catholic Church of St John the Evangelist in Mitcham has a tall tower structure with a bell at the top. It makes up part of the St John's Memorial Garden, where parishioners can affix plaques in memory of deceased parishioners. On one side is the plaque acknowledging 'those Australians of all Services who died during the wars 1914-1918 - 1939-1945'.
